Message	that the wheels are directional... and normally the tires I'm having mounted are directional too... and I'll actually show either the manager/counter worker who is writing up the ticket what goes where, and ask, "do you understand?" That way, when they fuck it up and I make a stink, I can say, "I told you right off, wheels are directional, and tires are directional, and these (whichever ones) are now backwards and have to be redone!"
